Fitness Land Gym is a great place! Coach Sai is super friendly and excellent with beginners like me. I've lost around 12 kgs since I started here i.e, 3months.The gym has some decent equipment, and the atmosphere is always pleasant. I couldn't be happier with my progress. Highly recommended for anyone looking to get fit!
