I have taken personal trainer who is very friendly and helpful. Good place to workout for the females. Utilised all 7 days of workout training is available at the FITNESS KINGDOM GYMNASIUM. Dietician helped me to achieve my goal for my fitness. Charges for the fitness is reasonable to suit budget. Recommend to join for every individual.

One of the best gym & fitness center in the Kharghar area. It has all the advance equipments for Weight ,Strength, Resistance and Cross Fit training. Equipments are serviced periodically and hygiene is well maintained. Trainers have good knowledge about the form and techniques specially Mr.Firoz who has indepth knowledge and trains his client as per their fitness goals. He personally trains along with his clients so they can understand the techniques better and clients are also motivated to go one level up.Good human being to deal with.
