Gym staff is very coordinating ..also equipment are maintained very well.. specially liked the CrossFit..trainer swapnil is well versed and give training from the bottom of heart..for Harish bhai salute as he give best gym plan ..

AMAZING GYM, AMAZING TRAINERS! The staff here is incredibly friendly and extremely qualified! They know how to push you to the limit in the best way possible with your workouts. Trainers here are certified and you will not be left disappointed! Such a family vibe as soon as you walk in the doors - I highly recommend checking this gym out. It's been almost a year I am getting trained under Coach Swapnil Dangle and made the best decision to join here!

I was training under Mr Utsav Rajak for 4 months .He has been very supportive,motivating and helped me create a 'push your limits' mindset .He has some good knowledge about diet and his understanding nature makes me feel free to clear my doubts about various exercises and diet.Overall he has made my 4 months of training fruitful and made me stronger mentally and physically.

The gym is amazing. Everyone is very professional and approachable . I have been training with Nafees sir for the past 3 months. He is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging and fun. He has helped me to lift progressively heavier weights & push harder throughout each session. He is very reliable and punctual. I find I actually look forward to my workouts. Definitely recommend.

A great place to transform. Why!? Great machines all in top notch working condition . They have trainers on the floor for the entire day. I would like to say Thanks to my trainer, Mr. NAFEES SHAIKH. You're an incredible trainer, and I'm so grateful for your work. He is educated and well versed with knowledge of fitness and diets both. They too have a steam bath session . It's an all-inclusive package at an affordable price.Love the place.

Hygienic place. Helpful people. My trainer Utsav helps a lot. Apart from being a trainer he is a good friend as well. Best trainer you can say. I lost 10kg in 3 month. All because of Utsav and his continuous motivation. Con: Air conditioner is being switched off sometime. Please keep the AC's on.
