The good: The gym is spacious with ample lighting. They have installed several wall fans most of which are almost always on keeping the place airy and cool. The bad: The trainers are just average with little to no interest in clients (personally that was ok for me as I don't like to be disturbed) but for others/beginners this might be an issue. The worst: Almost all the equipments are really really (yes, twice) old. Dumbbell are mostly rusting with numerical grossed on them almost gone with aging and use. This is from my personal experience and don't mean to offend anyone.
Best Gym in Janakpuri. Best-in-class trainers and a motivational vibe are what make Fitness freaks so Lit. The staff is super helpful and empathetic and overall everyone makes sure that you have an amazing workout session. Best in terms of Aerobics, cardio sessions, diet, and nutrition counseling too. 5+ star rating any day.
Gym new makeover is really good I have been visiting this gym from a while now. Paras the owner of gym personally look after the training and the result people are getting. It has nice ambience and positive environment. Trainers and helpers are always available. I would recommend this to all people from janakpuri specially all from c block as this is the best gym in the area.
Overall vibe is great. From the ownership, to management, to the trainers, by far the nicest and most knowledgeable staff in the business today. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Fitness Freaks to anyone. I am certainly satisfied this far and have been blown away by my experience here.
I totally enjoy working out here and all the machines perfectly works. The helpers and trainers are very hard working but if possible try to have more trainers at one time because only 2-3 trainers are there which make us roam around them very time to ask for next which wastes time and we don't get proper attention. But overall i liked this place for my relaxation and workouts.
First of all it is very conveniently located and mostly members are very happy. People are very nice to one another and the equipments are of very good quality All coaches are good and describes all the moves properly. All the credit goes to one and only Paras Tuteja for running this Gym in a very fantastic manner
The gym is well equipped, but the trainers and there training style is not good. I did the gym for 1 month 8 days and in this period the trainer humilated me to another level. One thing is training someone with intense level where you tell them when the client is doing wrong. But here he used to taunt at me every day either for not remembering exercises or not knowing what should be my next level.For this I tried telling him that this is my first time to gym and I am not used to it and I am working on it but no everyday he used to do same thing.He demotivated me instead of motivating.Even the helpers at time of helping used to shout. This is my personal experience. There was no positivity in the environment. I also wasted my another month fee because there is no refund policy. *The gym owner I would like to give a piece of advice here just like you send membership renewal message constantly you should also ask the new clients there feedback post 1 month and please tell your trainers to be polite everyone do not have same tolerance level. Fitness Freaks, Janakpuri, hands down is the best gym. The environment, trainers, equipment, everything is amazing. They are always at your help whenever you need them. I was being trained by Dheeraj who is a fantastic trainer. He always pushed me to do my best. Paras bhaiya was always available on WhatsApp or personal whenever I had a doubt regarding anything.
