Good, clean gym with a variety of classes. Vast cardio machine selection; small weight room with older equipment, but it has all of the basic necessities for weight lifting (squat rack, cable machines, decent range of dumbbells, etc). The trainers & staff here are beyond friendly and helpful is the absolute best!
The best gym out there in Mumbai!!!!. It is an old school gym that has all the relevant equipments required to build a great body. The trainers have in depth knowledge plus they have the experience and world class guidance. This gym is a heaven for all fitness enthusiasts.I seriously love this gym, highly recommend it
Hardcore gym for fitness freaks. They provide personal training as well for those who are just beginners here and want proper guidance. Almost every hardcore machine/equipment is present here. Trainers are really helping and will tell you 'desi ways' to make your body fit and maintained. They have water cooler as well and protein supplements. Trainers are very friendly. The fees is very cheap and they give free trial for 1 month as well. The only problem is its location. The area is not that good but if you are really a fitness freak then this wont bother you at all.
