The first thing I like about this gym is it's location. Many hotels are there near to the gym. So the fitness freak guys who goes for professional camps and feels like missing workouts, those guys need not to miss workouts anymore. About the gym, with good enough equipment for strength. But there is proper equipment for cardio when was there. Also you can't expect any A/a or at least a ceiling fan. When I was doing there, I feel like bathing with sweat. All machines are imported and very nice. My experience towards coaches is "OK" . You feel better to do workout here, when you have previous gym experience. Things get change all the time. I hope this could be better.

How much admission fees?and monthly fees?

You find good equipments which is very nice but the irony thing it is located at the top and the coach is not up to the mark.Need some changes
