They sell low quality products and after service is worse. My treadmill stopped working within 3 months of purchase and I contacted the number given in the warranty card. They gave me another number from the Palakkad showroom. When I called in that number they gave me a technician's number(that's what they said). And I've contacted his number and he said the problem is voltage shortage. So I've reported it to the KSEB and they came immediately to check and found no issue with the voltage. And then I called again that "TECHNICIAN" and he replied their service person is on quarantine and will send him soon once he's back. It's been around 2 months and I've contacted them several times. Each time I called them they ignored me with some excuses. A product like a treadmill, we won't get service everywhere. So please don't buy things you won't get proper assistance. Only buy from genuine stores and genuine products. For the last two month my product has not been working and they give no assistance yet even within the warranty period. It seems all the positive reviews are given by their own employees. To the Fitness Forum team, I've contacted you so many times and am not planning to contact you again to beg for the service. If this won't be fixed, I know what to do. Thank you

I bought a cardio world cw700 tredmill for 35k and it stopped working in just 2 days. Then we asked for refund and they said you can't give the money back. Then we ordered powermax td 230 from them for 45k which is priced 38k online (35k on Flipkart sales). They also made us pay delivery charge of 500/- when you can get free delivery online. About the customer service, the owner literally asked "ningngkk it tnne aannoo pnni" when we said we have bought other products from online and returned when it doesn't meet the quality we expected. I bought an exel glado plus treadmill from fitness forum palakkad in june 2019 paying 35k. Exactly after one year it started malpracticing. I made a complaint and explained about the problems I faced (speed increaing suddenly which could have lead to fatal accidents). Without inspection the serice engineer told me that the PCB may have damaged and it needs replacement. To confirm that they need to bring a spare PCB from their Kozhikode branch and will take two weeks for that. I waited for two weeks and then I called them. They said the spare PCB has still not arrived. I asked them without inspecting the machine how can you assume that the pcb is damaged? The service engineer visited my house and inspected the machine and found it is a small issue due sweat. He cleaned the small pcb on the handle and machine was working ok. For this service they charged 750 rupees. Recently again the machine stopped suddenly I was walking on it. Again I complained and engineer took the PCB from the machine to send it to tamilnadu for repairs and informed the charges would be 5000 rupees. After one week the service engineer called me and informed me that the pcb is not repairable and replacement is needed. The cost is 11300 rupees and I bluntly refused and asked them to return the damaged PCB. They returned the PCB and charged again 350 rupees for their this service. I am totally upset with the service attitude of this company as they consider service means money making avenue. Be careful other customers who bought exercising machines bought from this company as huge bills are awating you towards servicing of your machines.
