One of the best gym in the town especially for athletes. I have been training with Fitness Formulae for last 4 years and it has really helped me in improving my fitness. The way Mr. Ajay Pandey handles his clients is fantastic. Highly recommended.
Good place to kick your day with. Ajay Pandey the gym owner who is also trainer understands the need of every individual perfectly and accordingly plan the workout sessions. Also Shubam (trainer) guides very well in between exercises. Overall a very satisfactory experience.
A perfect place for athletes to find their fitness solution. Our team has been training since a month and we already are seeing positive changes in our players. Really a very well organized and progressive approach by Ajay is helping out athletes transform. It's definitely worth a try for all the athletes as well as fitness freaks in Kalyan.

I have been exercising since many years but only after joining Fitness Formulae and under training of Ajay sir I realized that the techniques I followed so many years was wrong and which could have led to injury in the future . Thanx to Ajay sir for being so patient enough with all his students and understanding us the Actual Techniques behind each exercise.
I have started training a few weeks ago and I have never been motivated to actually workout but Ajay(The owner) has great sense of understanding of what will work for what body type, he has taught me ways that make it easier for me to exercise and he makes sure to pay attention to detail to each person in the gym to ensure results!
