Teacher Like you Which Brings Fitness in body. Calmness in Mind. Kindness in Heart. & Awareness in Life I feel really Heaven in our Gym class & I feel guilty myself if I miss the class.

She is an amazing teacher,very supportive and her classes help you to loose weight and inches as well as improves the body posture.
