It was cult here now it is upraded to Fitness first palladium. People who loves going to gym and really want to keep your self fit I would definitely recommend you to go there. Great environment for girls and womens too. Showers available free towels service, you can have tea coffee and sit in our lounge area which is complimentary, lockers to keep your stuff till you workout.

ONE MONTH EXPERIENCE I've been frequenting for a few months now, and it's a holistic workout experience. The gym boasts top-notch equipment, catering to various workout styles, from cardio enthusiasts to weightlifting aficionados most importantly the group exercises which excites me the most. The staff is incredibly friendly and always on hand to offer assistance or guidance. What sets Fitness Fitness apart are the added luxuries. The steam bath is a game-changer, offering a rejuvenating post-workout relaxation that I look forward to after every session. The locker facilities are spacious and secure, ensuring that I can store my belongings without worry.One of my favorite perks has to be the coffee facility. Having a freshly brewed cup of coffee after a workout is the perfect way to either kickstart the day Overall, Fitness First goes above and beyond simply being a gym; it's a complete wellness destination. The combination of top-notch facilities, attentive staff, and those extra comforts make it a standout choice for anyone seeking a well-rounded fitness experience. Really terrible experience on a daily basis. They fail to take care of their customers even for basic issues like air conditioning. Their staff is too lazy and many a times work out is done in a sort of a cool room and today without AC during the whole zumba class! And the AC also doesn't spread throughout to room hence requested to put a fan since many months n no follow thru. When the membership has to b renewed all the sweet talk will b done. But then again no action on any thing. Also there's no AC in changing room. They try to cut cost as much!

I dont know the reason for so many negative reviews. I got 3 days trial from which i got converted into yearly membership. 1. Best equipments for Cardio, Weight, Pilates, Strength. 2. Best machines for chest, shoulder etc 3. Ample of Treadmills available, No queue at all 4. Rope exercise, Tyre, Resistance bands. 5. Best fitness induction when u enroll for membership 6. Ample of lockers 7. Spacious private changing room 8. Best Shower Area with Shower Gels and Shampoo freely available 9. Always sanitised and clean Toilets 10. Sanitised Rubber mats for Members. 11. Best House Keeping Team 12. Best Trainers with Amazing knowledge of Fitness 13. Many classes to be a part of it. 14. Spinning machines available 15. Towels available for all members 16. Comfortable seating Area 17. Coffee Machine available with Disposable glasses. 18. Less crowded Gym 19. Decent educated crowd 20. Best Front Desk Team to communicate who will always say Sir Mam and listen to you. What else do u need or expect in Gym. Its one of the best Gyms available in the location. I am super happy with Fitness First. Amazing management.

Cult is located on 8th floor of Palladium which was Fitness First previously. It's a mammoth of a training area with other facilities like shower, card access lockers and a small cafeteria. You have access to host of equipments and can order food via cult app or get a juice and coffee there. It has a gym access plus other training options like boxing, HIIT among others. Specialised sessions like TRX, RPM and Tabata are available too which are highly effective. Very well maintained and hygenic in all aspects like equipment, shower rooms and lockers. Highly recommended for those who want to stay fit.

While they claim that fitness first will be an elite gym they don't act like it at all. The air conditioning in the changing room at Palladium has not been working since they opened. I have complained multiple times only to be told it will be fixed in sometime. Same goes for some of the machines in the gym. Update 1: it's been 2 months since I posted this video and 4 months since cult changed to fitness first. The AC in the changing room still doesn't work. They put a stand fan there every time I ask them to but no sign of any work related to installing a new or fix the old one.

Amazing. They have such good offer's and energetic group class. I got to see results. Thanks Fitness First.
