However, there is room for improvement regarding the car parking policy, as it charges a partial fee despite expectations of full free parking. At times, the atmosphere may resemble that of a local gym, which may not align with desired standards. Additionally, the current demographic composition exhibits an unfavorable girl-to-boy ratio. Nonetheless, the facility excels in offering exceptional batch classes for those seeking that particular service.

The gym is well equipped with equipments be it for Cardio or for weight training. You have cycles, Kettle Bells, Dumb Bells, TRX Ropes, Joggers, etc. The trainers are more than helpful. Personal Training Sessions are available at extra cost. The classes are diverse and you can choose whatever you are comfortable with. Changing rooms, Showers and Lockers are available. There is a vending machine for tea and coffee. The list of classes is endless from Cycling to Boxing, Spinning, TRX, Yoga, Zumba, Dance and Dance Fitness. You do however need to book your spot for the classes. You do get a discount on parking for a couple of hours if you come to the gym in your own vehicle. Just get your parking slip to the gym and don't forget to get it stamped. You can also ask for a diet chart to compliment your work out sessions. You can expect clean and hygienic wash rooms and hot water.

One of the finest gym in Noida, has all the latest machines and knowledgeable trainers. The best part is the level of hygiene maintained at the gym. If you are planning to join fitness first and hire a personal trainer, you should definitely go for Mr Pankaj. He is one the best personal trainer in Delhi/NCR.

All the stars are for my personal trainer Sanchit Jain. I've been training with him since I joined this gym 5 years ago. I owe my fitness to him. Sanchit is knowledgeable, well mannered and helpful. He helped me through a wrist injury and I continued my training under his guidance and my wrist has recovered completely. Other thing I like about this gym are the group classes. Sanchit's group classes are among the best. Fitness First Noida is unable to retain their good trainers. Most of the experienced trainers have left the gym. Management should value the good trainers because they are the ones dealing with the members. Hope to see a good change!

The problem with every other gym and also with this gym is that trainers don't assist you. Although the manager Dalveer would paint an extremely rosy picture to get you enrolled, the floor trainers are of no use. Unless and untill you shell out that extra big buck for personal training, no trainer will even come forward to assist you. Therefore, if you already know the tricks of the trade (that is you know how to use all equipment) it is a complete waste. Any local gym charging 10 percent of the price is good enough. Infact, trainers there will come forward to assist you. Since I have already paid and I am stuck, I have no option. Although, they get points for being a large gym, they get a big zero for their ability to help people out. They simply don't. You will have zero assistance from floor trainers. Remember before you waste your money. Go to any local place where you will pay way less with more humble dudes on the floor.

This is the most pathetic gym I have ever visited,trainers are fake and doesn't have good knowledge,don't waste your 50-60k in this gym .better you enroll for 1000 rupees gym in your area .
