Worst gym after renovation.. Trainer don't turn on ac at 9-11 because they will only turn on ac where they are training.. It been like 40 degree here between 9-11 morning... Just imagine working out in here

MY first gym experience and it's amazing.. trainers are so supportive and motivated....speacial thanks to Arnold Christian sir who is my transformer...my best transformation is Start from here.. so just love this place....

It's Worthy place for all of you. All members are very friendly and supportive to eachother.

Fitness First Gym located near to university circle, 3 floor, they have elevator facility to reach in gym. I don't allow outsider shoes, receptionist is good polite while answering to our question they have membership live facility for one year 2 year and 5 year. Timing of gym: morning 5:30 to 10 am Evening: 4.:00 to 9:00 pm Why u should join this gym. 1.They have more than 4 trainer inside the gym 2. Very good facility for cardio like more than 5 treadmill more than 2 cycle and other product 3. They have all type of equipment which is fundamentally required inside the gym 4. They have a steam bath facility once in week Something need to improve: 1. Space inside the gym is very small and equipment is so many so it is like a congested placed. 2. When gym is crowded with people it is suffocated inside the gym 3. They provide only one day steam bath in week
