I joined this class 2 months back without much knowledge of workout and diet and was not serious at all for exercise, but within 1 month i lost almost 4 kg. Now i am again fit in my old favorite dresses. All credit goes to trainer Ms. Jyoti. She is very punctual , motivated and friendly. Her expertise really helps everyone to reach the goal. She planned different set of exercises for everyone as per the requirement/need. She monitor the diet of individual and suggest as per the body requirement with out any additional cost. Must join center for every women of any age group....All The Best :)

This is a great fitness studio and I simply enjoy every bit of my exercise here. Jyoti (Instructor) is amazing at her work and is well trained and equipped with fitness tools. I haven't seen as strong a lady as Jyoti who is so dedicated to her fitness studio. She uses her heart, mind and soul to train the ladies at her studio. Would strongly recommend every lady/kid to give it a MUST try.

My morning starts with Uexercise Fitness Studio , I feel so lively and full of energy here. The workout is as per my need and has lots of variety so I do not get bore.The instructor Ms. Jyoti is an experienced n well qualified lady. Apart from training , I also get customised diet chart. The ambience and the healthy environment keeps me charged for rest of the day. All the best Ms.Jyoti, you are doing a wonderful job.

After 9 months of post pregnancy I have lost 4 kg weight within 2 months with the help of very talented and hardworking trainer. I highly appreciate her dedication.
