Fitness Factory Unisex Gym - Fitness center in Banda - Banda, India

I've been a member of this gym for over a year, my experience was great there, few things which i appreciate about that gym is: 1. Area of that gym is too large, approximately 4000 square feet, because of this large space you'll not be feel suffocated or anxious while many of you were exercising. 2. This gym has been renovated during the period of lockdown in 2020 and settled up many more machines of various exercises. 3. Now let's talk about the most important part of any gym which is a trainer, so the group and personal trainer of this gym named Mr. Ram Kushwaha is a fabulous trainer and has excellence in his job, you'll not be gonna find such a trainer with this level of skill in your city.

From a person who couldn't run for a 100m to a person who can run for straight 2km in 2 months. This is my journey and I am not done yet. At a place like this and with the support from coaching staff here I am confident that I will be much better. I have been a gym hopper. From the past two months and this is the best gym I have seen in Banda-palhari . the place equipment and the atmosphere is amazing and complimented by the effort the team makes to maintain them. I thank the coaches Ram Sir. For planning my workouts and helping me to be on the correct course of being faster, harder and stronger. Strongly recommend this place if you are looking to get fit . There are two sessions weekly by Ram sir on kickboxing and insidity workouts. At the end of any of these sessions I feel tired as hell. However once I catch some air. I feel high on spirit and energy and have an awesome day. These sessions challenge me and set some serious fitness goals. A shootout to the motivational quotes I get to see daily on the marker board at the entrance.

Been going to this gym for about 2 months now. One of the best gyms out there. The crowd is super friendly. The environment is very welcoming and motivating. The staff are super helpful and very very inspiring. It's a real cozy place to get daily motivation. Thanks to the owners, the buddies to have established such a great place with such brilliant ambience.
