I have been working out in a gym for a while, the trainers were so good, but it was little far from my place, so I thought of joining The Fitness Factory, the Sahapur branch, the morning trainer has not got any proper knowledge, the very first day in this new gym and he was giving me difficult workouts which caused me a bad ache around my low back, but I still did not complain to the owner, I just requested him to refund my money as I did not want to continue and I went there only for a day, but he asked me to talk to the lady at the reception and she denied the refund. It was very mean of them. That is the reason I am posting a review out here, so that nobody else is bluffed by the receptionist's sweet words and pay their money all at once. It is very evident by the reply that the gym owner and the trainers cannot digest the truth and also cannot stand true reviews, that is the reason who ever is giving them 1 star and an honest review, these people are defaming them. These people are liars, cheaters and will take your money, so please be careful. It is a pathetic place with pathetic sets of people. Poor souls, not even getting tired of scamming people. They are not even ashamed of what they did.

I have been working out in this gym since past 1 year and the equipments, environment and facilities provided by the trainers is really good especially Souvik Mondal sir's training.
It's been more than two years now. Fitness Factory Sahapur has been a part of my amazing fitness journey. The trainers here are well behaved, well trained and hard taskmasters! Wish them a fab journey ahead. Thanks for being a constant motivation. You're surely the best gym in Behala
