The best gym in Mira Road... Literally! Amazing trainers, enough machines and dumbbells/barbells, enough benches. The only request to management for a shin exercise machine if possible.

Won't better than this gym in mira road, trainers are very friendly, will find many equipment for targeting every mustle, budget friendly too.

The best Gym of Mira Bhayandar. Some of the features i like the most are - (24/7 open) Me being working in Entertainment Industry as a Director I have no fix time, Fitness Factory gives me the time flexibility option. Other than this the gym is very spacious and loaded with proper equipments which helps us not to wait for our turn. The ambience is also nice. The staff is helpful. I highly recommend Fitness Factory.

I was excited to join this gym, but most people in our area say they keep the AC (air conditioner) close. They keep close and try to save money and don't care about the customer, even after requesting they don't open, they ignore and when I visited the gym the AC was not open. So i finally decided to join some other gym. And i fell all 5 star reviews are done forcefully or after requests to the members to please give them 5 star rating.

Poor Management... They switch off A.C which gets suffocated.. i can see the fan running and window open. no general trainer ever seen on the ground... Even if the trainer is free they never see anyone while workout. They are busy in gossips. Sometimes equipments are broken and it takes almost a week to repair.

Gym is good and spacious. I am member since 2 years now. New equipment came too, few old machines seems to be wrapped up. Almost all Trainers keep chit-chatting with girls/ladies. Trainer will hardly guide any male member if he is doing exercise in wrong form, also if male member ask trainer to spot it, they hardly be helpful but for girls/ladies, without they asking help, they will happily do the needful. I had never seen trainer giving post workout stretches to male members. Females have lifetime free stretches offer. So basically, Trainers are big CHAMDI.

One of the finest experience specially in Mira Road you can't find such experience here. Specially the environment it brings is professional as well as hardworking. The trainers here are very good they help in every possible way from diet to training every single aspect. Amazing experience overall.
