Most people in Haridwar gyms have no discipline, atleast people here rerack their dumbbells and clean equipments after use!..The atmosphere is good and spacious. You can exercise here very well. Ashish Rastogi sir is very knowledgeable.

This is a fantastic gym!! All the trainers are nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you are at. It gives you excellent personal training. I take personal training under Ashish Rastogi sir. I really like how he gives tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. I take training here 5-6 days per week and find a positive vibe after every workout. I have been going for a little bit and already seeing a big change in my energy level and body. It's great! I definitely recommend it to my friends and family.
