Fitness factory gym and spa - Gym in Delhi - West, India

I wish I could rate them even less than one. This is a pathetic gym, trainers are so arrogant as if they're some sort of professional body builders. The crowd here doesn't workout much if you want to socialise then this is the place for you or you can workout without any support then go for it. Do not expect anything big from this place not a place for transformation atleast.

Been there for almost 4 months and what I have liked most about the gym is their family like vibes. Trainers & other staff members are really helpful and supportive. Gym has good equipments. Overall I'm satisfied with the service.

I will recommend this gym to everyone. Every trainer here is extremely polite & vigilant. The place is spacious. However, it may get a little chaotic during peak hours but afternoon and morning is the perfect time to visit the gym.

The gym has nice equipments, good vibes and easily accessible for people living in different neighborhood. Kudos to the trainers, they are friendly, they know what they are doing and they are very supporting however, if you plan to come around 730 pm or 8 pm and afterwards, you might find yourself in a big fish market so plan your sessions accordingly.

Worst gym to join. Issue with trainers.

It's excellent exprience and trainers are enthusiastic and after covid I am rejoined and iam very happy doing workout in fitness factory .

Sandeep sir , training is really great ,I was skinny but too unmotivated and shy to go gym, so I had met with Sandeep sir as my trainer and now I noticed a positive change in my appearance. I definitely recommend Sandeep sir to everyone.

It is no doubt the best gym in Hari Nagar area. The spacing is okay. There is a separate cardio section with state of the art cardio machines. The weight training section is ok in size too with good equipments. The trainers are well mannered and have reasonably good knowledge about fitness and bodybuilding. The only drawback is the gym gets chocked at the peak hours which does not really make it worth of its hevty fee structure.
