Management team is charging 12k Rs as fees but gym services is worst not want to improve anything . The gym itself has no maintenance forget about the machines. The washroom is very dirty and hasn't been cleaned since many months .

I took membership for 1 year but i regret joining it. No good equipments as most of time it is broken. Most of times Ac is not working. The washroom and steam room is pathetic. They should need to do complete changes in gym equipment's and infrastructure of gym as well. The ventilation of gym needs to be improved.

the only good thing about this gym are its members (from this you can understand the gym condition)....rest all things are worst.

Best gym in Borivali? What a joke , its the worst gym in the area. The management team has completely failed in maintaining the gym . The gym itself doesn't has any sort of maintenance forget about the machines . The floors are worn out, ac's doesn't work properly, dirty bathrooms, steam room hasn't been cleaned since many months , most of machines are worn out due to lack to maintenance and after all this the management team has the audacity to charge 12k Rs per year per head for such a gym . The management team completely ignores all these problems and just don't take any actions even after lot of people have complained since more than a year. The staff is very arrogant and doesn't even know how to talk with people regarding complaints.

Staff is great and friendly but the owner doesn't know how to manage the gym. The Machines are not good, not maintained at all. Trainers Are Also Not Good. The owner can do better because other branches are really good. Borivali East branch is the worst. Ac's Don't Work. There is no weight machine in the gym since 8 months. There is no ladies trainer in the gym from past 1 year

Its a huge gym. Good team atmosphere which makes you comfortable and pushing by everyone gives you results clear. Great place to get your mind stress-free and maneger is also very good.

The lifetime members who paid the amount when it was sanctum fitness gym and have certificate alao with them the new ownwer is not allowing us inside the gym and behaving like goons. The manager lady says "jo banta hai karo nahi aane denge". Sad satff and owner
