Best gym in old delhi. I work here. There are all kinds of facilities Cardio and hard core training and all kinds of workout facilities. Good dieticians. Best gym for old delhi and new delhi as well
Worst gym ever. No proper equipments, no cleanliness,no hygiene does not seems like we are entering gym. Old machines, no proper weights, only making money, no proper training. Lighting is disgusting. Guys plz choose diff gym in your vicinity, fees is high but no facility given to any one.
The owner don't give proper respect to anyone. if your not willing to take personal training, they will comment you like anything. don't join and don't waste your money. they wont turn on the machines properly, they don't have any training classes. it is completely waste of your money and time. I am strongly recommending to NOT JOIN. Worst gym.
The owner, Mr.Rashid is a very greedy person just too money minded , the only thing he wants is your money. Equipments in the gym are old and not allowed to be used at full pace i.e treadmill not above 12kmph , NO USER SAFETY in equipments . Gym was mentioned to be fully air conditioned but there is only one AC even which doesn't work properly. Don't buy a long term membership plan , better don't join here or look for gym at better prices because the money they charge is not worth it.. Thank me later!

It is wrost experience to workout in this gym as they donot provide proper facilities which is required like workout machine is not properly working and unsafe too and they always fight on unnessarily topic due to which unhealthy environment is occurred. Trainer refers to youtube or another person that how to do the aasan or aerobic, never try to help to peple how to do a particular excercise. In short, dissatisfactory response have seen over there. Hope they tried to improve on all of these matter so that we would suggest to join there till then people don't even think to workout there.
