Gym is affordable with at par prices that can be further negotiated if one joins for longer duration. The place is always clean , well ventilated with all the required and fully functional equipments. I have been going to the gym for close to 4 months and could see noticeable change in my physique. Thanks to trainer who provided a PT for couple of months. He ensured good understanding of exercises with correct postures. He provided me with a diet plan which is pretty easy to follow. Even currently when I don't have PT, he still guides and motivates me to train better. Also, he doesn't insist you on buying supplements unlike other gym trainers.

I have joined Fitness factor back in June 2023. In terms of equipments it contains most of them. The gym staff and owner have good knowledge and are consistent on monitoring you if you are new to gym. I would highly recommend to join Fitness factor.
