Really good gym with all the necessary equipments. All the coaches pay attention to your form and exercise unlike other gym. One must opt for a personal trainer of they want to see the results ASAP. You can ask for the coach Ilyas, he's is very friendly and makes sure you have proper form during exercise.

The trainers here are complete mediocres and unprofessionals. Dont rely on the other reviews where these trainers have been described as very professional and helpful as many such reviews have been made by the trainers themselves. The trainers of this gym are only interested in handling their Personal Training clients. If you have not gone for PT, these trainers will always discourage you to go for heavy weights because they dont want to spot and support you. *No one really wants to work here unless it is a PT client.* These trainers would rather utilise their precious time chit chatting with each other and other members of gym instead of helping you in your form and spotting. This gym contains one solid team of mediocre trainers and unless you are going for the personal training with them, you should not join this gym. Also, personal training can only be joined if your goal is to lose weight and not gain muscles as till today I have not seen any of their PT client achieving muscle gain. Also, most of these trainers are themselves small and weak and 2-3 of them even weigh less than 55-60 kgs. Of course knowledge is more important but still expecting any sort of desired result with this sort of small and weak trainers will eventually disappoint you. The equipments are also not upto the mark. There is no decline bench press. No dumbbells of 17.5 kg and 22.5 kg for which I made request for n number of times. And not talking about the kind of music they play here will always be a better idea. All in all, it is not a right place for you if you want to do workout passionately and want to learn how to be better.

The best gym I had ever visited and the best staf I had ever met in Ahmedabad. I was in the first very nervous but now the nature of the trainners made my mood and I join the gym regularly because of the positive vibes. I strongly recommend you to join this as fast as possible.

The best Gym I have visited so far, all the trainer are certified, equipment are well maintained and sanitised, they also follow COVID guidelines so less people at a time, they have created comfortable atmosphere and give personal observations to every client. Also great help with diet and monthly overview. I strongly recommend people to visit once and experience the change. It's definitely worth paying
