The staff is well mannered and the gym is clean with updated equipment . They have a separate area for bodyweight training which is desirable. The only thing missing is some foam rollers which you can very well being your own. I am a boxer so having a boxing bag is in itself my reason to go The membership is worth the cost

EMpire fitness staff is very good. All the trainer are very kind they help beginners from scratch.Gym is very clean. Any one looking to start your workout this place is right for you

It's one of the best gym in the neighbourhood. I'm really very satisfied with the amenities as well as gym staff. They are all very polite and focussed. The owner is also very pleasant guy. I joined the gym in November 2021 and working out 6 days a week feeling better and healthier. They have plenty of equipments and washrooms are very clean and overall great experience.

Fantastic gym and all staff and trainers are really nice. Specially Manish Sir who is my personal trainer has been excellent in imparting the daily workout plus he is providing details and benefits of each machine plus reminding on diet on frequent basis.
