There's gym facility as well
Gym is equipped with most of the modern gear. The facility has trained professionals who can support you with your trainings. Gym has enough space and also has yoga and Tabata sessions. Gym is open from Monday to Saturday from 6AM to 8:30PM. They are open on Sundays from 6AM to 12 Noon. The charges are also reasonable.
The difference between other gyms and this is that, every personnel here has a right and positive attitude.... The owner of the gym Ms. Ramya is a woman with great positive attitude, she asks her clients to first get strong and healthy and later we could think of looking shapely. This increases our self confidence and makes us work harder. I would totally recommend people to take a membership here.
All trainers are Good and Professionally trained. One can get Individual training as well as personal diet sheet. Gym is clean and well maintained.

Functional training as a team has helped loose inches from the waist .most of us don't really want to build bulky muscles but want to reduce fat and come into a good shape...this is achievable here... Nice friendly atmosphere.
