I joined this gym 2 years ago and have got overall good physique and improved my strength with general training, followed by daily routine given my the trainer. All the trainers are friendly positive.
It is a good gym but I am not satisfied with the environment and no equipment for abdomen.

Could easily recommend this gym to a friend. All the equipments are brand new(as of when this review was posted). Trainers are very helpful and knowledgeable. The place doesn't feel congested which is usually a common issue with many gyms.
Very nice and spacious gym. Staff is very nice and co-operative. All equipments are new. There is no rush. You get to exercise without waiting for any equipment during workout.
