Very well behaved, helpful and thorough knowledgeable instructors are there, who help you in every possible way so that you shouldn't do anything wrong. Even the owner of the gym helps you do proper workout. Gym timings are kept flexible as your schedule, just you have to share with the owner. Good space is available and you will never feel the area crowded even at it's peak time. One should definitely give it a try if planning to join a gym.

Good gym , new equipment has arrived. The regular coaches don't focus that much until you ask them to check your form or spot you. Like , they don't do it responsibly... You need to ask them repeatedly sometimes. Overall it's a good gym. Good crowd.
