FITNESS CORE - Gym in Nedumbassery - Ernakulam, India

Would definitely recommend this gym for anyone looking to work on their fitness. Very affordable rates and even trainers are available if needed. Parking is aplenty and quite a handful of equipment for all exercises.

Location and ambiance- It is a rooftop gym with one workout area which is fully air conditioned and one warm up area which is non air conditioned. Cleanliness is maintained in the gym but the toilets are sometimes smelly. They provide a healthy atmosphere for working out especially for ladies. Trainers - If you are taking personal training they will guide you perfectly. But if not then they might not guide so much. All trainers are very well experienced but one of the trainers (P) I found a little rude. Equipments - Most of the equipments are available and well maintained. Only 3 treadmills are there so sometimes you have to wait for your turn on it. Pros- A decent gym with affordable rates and good trainers. Cons- All the areas are not fully air-conditioned so during summer it becomes too hot and crowded to workout. Toilets are not so clean.

Super hygiene air conditioned gym. Branded well maintained machines. Enough and separate space for cardio and weight lifting . Excellent training support. Steam bath is also provided. Locker available. Really recommendable.

Decent gym. Quite expensive for facilities provided though. Equipments are fairly good, spacious too. But facilities like locker, washroom, lighting can be improved a lot. No drinking water available, and it's non air conditioned as of now. Low number of treadmills. No changing area. There's a seperate area for warmup and light exercises. A punching bag is also there.
