This is a fantastic gym! I love this place. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get in shape. The trainer( Barnali Di) is really awesome and helpful, She make you feel really comfortable. The one hour training goes super fast and you really enjoy doing it. Everyday is a new training, so it is never boring.

I am a housewife, have been going there for the last 2 months and the things I love the most about this fitness centre are the followings:
First, the Owner/Trainer and her knowledge in this field
Second, She suggests customised diet plans and exercises which I like because, "One size doesn't fit all"
Third, She interacts very well, if I miss any class for a reason, She asks if I have any problem to attend the class.
Good Ambience with growth environment and excellent trainer who is dedicated to devote her time for all her students with individual attention as required for everyone. Recommending this place for better lifestyle. Thankyou
This is a very good gym for women and kids. They can do gym very nicely here and also the place is very clean and the environment is healthy.
