Very Good Gym Trainer
It's one of the best gym with wonderful trainers. Must pay a visit. It has the perfect ambience and environment for workout. The trainers are extremely friendly, polite and helpful. They provide the best training for their clients. I am personally very satisfied and happy to be a part of this gym. for Tania di and Rohit da. I take Personal Training from Tania Di and she is an amazing trainer. She helps me very much to stay motivated and focus. She is an amazing person with a very polite and friendly nature.
Excellent GYM within the surrounding of Garia Station. Mr Rohit is nice person who takes care of every members personally. I myself being member really feel the difference with in two weeks still long way to go... Best of luck to all the members!! be healthy and always remain fit..

Positively I joined Fitness Capital gym 2 months back & I must say this gym is amazing & commit to make you fit. Top facility, latest equipments from USA & great environment. The gym is spacious, clean and comfortable for everyone from beginners to professional athletes to train. Personal training gives motivation to continue training so I started working with my (PT) @Tania Mollick. She is the best bestest. . I can bet , you wont get like Tania anywhere. She is rockstar. I love my sessions and Rohit Sir the owner of FC he is experienced, motivating & encouraging & makes it fun & enjoyable to train. I am happy with the results that I am achieving day by day. If you are looking for results, flexibility, motivation and personal approach, then Rohit Sir is the man for you! Great place to workout with great ambience . Trainers are not that minded and they guide general members as observed too. I haven't seen this in another Gym as they will not guide you unless you are under PT. I would suggest taking personal trainers
I have been working out here since February, 2021. My experience is really good. The owner, the trainers I must say their behaviour is really good. In some of the gym the trainers generally ask for a personal training, but in AR fitness they never do
