My friend and I joined this gym 2 months ago this year after much thought and I'm so Glad that we took this decision. The ambience and atmosphere of the gym is great. ALL the trainers are very motivating and Helpful. They have been very friendly and warm and welcoming from Day 1. It's been a great experience so far and We have no regrets at all.

I have joined this gym 3-4 months ago only. And I can say that this is one of the safest and homely gym for anyone. The trainers are so good and the staff members are so humble. I took my initial months training from Mr Thapa. However, I will not deny the fact that I wasn't satisfied with the weight training but his techniques were so good. He has a Jolly nature but I never felt uncomfortable from him. He taught me many yoga techniques and I never felt that he touched inappropriately or took any picture. Defaming someone's character is such a heart breaking thing. I changed my trainer then and I m very happy with my training. All the trainers including Mr Sagar and the staff members are very cooperative there. Overall it's a nice gym and will always give you homely vibes.

This is a response to the fake and framed reviews circling up. This is the safest and the most homely gym in Dwarka. I have been a part of this gym since Jan 2019. 3 years down the line and I have always felt like a family. The trainers here are very humble and nice. We get all the help we need and also proper guidance. We have a culture to respect women and anything that goes otherwise is addressed then and there. It breaks my heart to see so many fake and framed reviews on the site which are clearly made in line to mislead people. Had it been so why are there not any reviews about it since the start? Sagar sir is literally the nicest person in the gym. He is not only a good trainer but also a morally rational person who always gives his best. He shares so many Yogic learnings with me and always motivates me to do better not only at gym but also in my regular life. He has a big role in my transformation. So just a happy customer posting an honest review here!

Great gym with all the necessary equipments and machines available. All of the trainers are really helpful and they are eager to train you whenever required. The gym is spacious and it never let you feel overcrowded. Totally recommended

I have been a member of the gym for six months now. It has been a great experience! I have lost a considerable amount of weight and am in a much better shape now, all thanks to the amazing trainers!

Good Gym, Bad Trainer!!! The Fitness Armour gym is located in Sector 4 market. Timings are 6 AM to 10 PM on all days except Sundays. On Sundays, the timings are 8 AM to 8 PM. The gym is well equipped, fairly spacious and has locker/toilet/cold drinking water facilities. The membership fees are about par with similar gyms in Dwarka. The lift in the building does not function regularly, so that might be a problem for some. There is a stray dog that likes to sleep in front of the gym. Be careful not to step on him! I and my sister were members of this gym for the past one year. While the overall experience was fine, we were both left with no choice but to terminate our membership without refund due to the persistent harassment and passive aggressive behaviour from Mr. Sagar Thapa, who is a trainer in this gym. Mr. Sagar Thapa poses as a strength trainer in this gym. But he does not meet even the rudimentary strength standard of being able to squat/bench press his own bodyweight. Three pull ups are all it takes to make him scream for mercy. The less said about his deadlift, the better. All his exercise demos are done without weights. Experienced strength trainees know that being able to maintain proper form under heavy loads is the crux of strength trailing. This can only be taught by one who has mastered the technique himself. Anyone else is simply leading beginners up the garden path towards serious injury. In fact, a fairly observant trainee can easily expose Mr. Sagar Thapa by asking that charlatan to execute a heavy compound lift. Or bust out a set of pull-ups. Someone not able to perform these simple tasks has no business guiding beginners. You owe it to yourself not to be scammed out of your hard earned money. Just avoid him like a plague. In the July of 2021, after the ravages of the second COVID pandemic, I decided to join this gym along with my sister. Mr. Sagar Thapa approached us to hire him as a personal trainer. Naturally, we refused. Since then, for the entire subsequent year, he has spent his time troubling us during our training and disturbing our state of mind. Eventually, on the morning of 17th July 2022, Mr. Sagar Thapa stopped me from exiting the gym after I had finished my work out. He began haranguing me in extremely disrespectful language. I objected and Mr. Sagar Thapa responded by physically threatening me. His exact words were, "Agar member nahi hote, to main dikha deta." Although I had gotten used to his bad behavior, Mr. Sagar Thapa's threats of causing me physical harm greatly alarmed me. For my safety and well being, I was left with no choice but to terminate the memberships of myself and my sister without refund. In this sedentary world of ours, one joins to gym to build our fitness. But the gym ambience also acts as a magnet for folks who get a thrill out of copping a feel of female gym-goers during "training" and machos who feel tough when they talk in "tapori language". It is for our own safety and that of our loved ones that we must identify and weed them out.
