I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get in shape. The trainers are really awesome and helpful, they make you feel really comfortable. No matter at what fitness level you're at. I really like how they give me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. I've been going for a little bit and am already seeing a big change in my body.

I have been working out in Fitness arena from last 3 years . I was suprised to see some negative comments today mentioning AC issue and communication issues with management . In fact they are having best of the trainers and are polite ,helpful and even the entire management has been strongly heading these gyms from last so many years .
Best gym in moshi area.. trainers are good all management is good very clean and hygiene fells like home.. my day is incomplete if I don't visit the place a single day .. recommended to join and enjoy your workout ...
I had to leave this gym before my membership ended because the AC is never working and there's no ventilation in the weight section. Had to request them to put the AC on every single day as I'm a claustrophobic person but still they never do it on time or when needed and the temperature never goes below 24 no matter what happens or how crowded the area becomes. I will not recommend this place if you're a claustrophobic person bcz eventually you'll suffer and have migraine or even faint on daily basis. Chalk was not allowed here, had to fight for that too because it's a gym and it makes no sense bro. On humanitarian grounds I'll rate this gym 0/10.

There were no ppl who had issues with chalk ,the funniest thing is chalk can cause issues but the ac not working properly is okay i mean a persons life and health is more important to you or the negligible amount of chalk on the floor which is used once in a week that too when I lift more than 100kgs which is no joke heights of inhumane behaviour. Thnx for replying about the chalk part but no about the AC thing, this it self says what kind of ppl u guys are. I was there for 2years yes bcz i had my frnds and ppl there that's the reason i lasted so long also I thought u guys would resolve the issue but atlast i got to see the real faces and behaviour. Im happy i left this gym atleast i can breathe now. Also I wouldn't have left this gym until the last day and would have fought for everything bcz that's what I paid for right? To fight? refund kr k ehsan ni kiya hai bcz People pay certain amount of money so they don't have to fight for their right but u guys just made my experience the worse ill ever have in my life. Also trust me half of the gym is fed up with the behaviour of your staff and this is why they are moving in Gold's. Thnx a lot again for helping me leave this toxic place
