I had trained here for 3months and was very satisfied with the support and workout plan by Sachin Sir (gym instructor). I lost ~10 kgs in 3 months with proper diet and exercise routine.
This gym has adequate space and equipments for muscle training, cardio. It opens at 5:30 AM in the morning until 10:30 AM and 5:30PM-9PM in the night.
The fees is moderate and Sachin Sir gives proper attention to the people in the gym. There are some folks who have been exercising in this gym since couple of years now.
Please try out this gym for some months and I am sure you all will be satisfied.:)
