After gaining a lot of weight, I was looking for something where I could do exercise other than gym, finally I found fitness alert and met Bhupender sir.Honestly speaking fitness alert is the right place to workout. Daily exercise in open air, early in morning gives a rocket start to the day. Every day different workout keeps me fit and it is really fun and yes can't miss my fun of birthday celebrations of each members by dancing and cutting cake. * THE PERFECT FITNESS GROUP ONE COULD ASK FOR * FANTASTIC COACH * AMAZING WORKOUTS * INSPIRING AND LOVING FELLOW MEMBERS Few weeks ago, I started exercising with Bhupender as my coach. Not having exercised for a long time I was apprehensive but when I met and got to know him, I knew that he was the perfect coach for me. He is professional yet fun loving, kind, patient and understanding. The kind of training he provides is just amazing and are super fun too. The vibe over here is so refreshing and energetic that one could never get bored of any of the workouts and sometimes you never know what is coming next which is perfect in its own way. And they have fun Sundays as well, where you will experience either some fun games or some good relaxing therapies. IT'S A COMPLETE PACKAGE. He along with the fellow members keeps you motivated and encourages you to progress and challenge yourself even when you think you cannot. After a short period of time, I am pleased with my progress and feel assured that with his continued training and encouragement I would continue getting good results and attain my goal.
