I m 48 yrs ...My first time in gym, this place is impeccable, professional cordial staff....... Mr.Mohd Zayed khan is my trainer , he is just amazing person..... guy with lots of patience always keep his smile even when I make mistakes ....I joined gym to get in shape have 3 goals to achieve .... One done 2 more to go with help of Mr.khan I m sure I will achieve it ... oh did I mention I m diabetic my HBA1c was hitting 13 after 3 months of gym down to 4.5 ... Excellent fitness centre with all modern equipments for weight training as well as cardio. I really like the way they are maintaining the equipment's and the premises, always clean and tidy. Gym trainer Sohail pays attention to all and guides appropriately when some one is doing wrong or facing prob with the machine. Shiva is also quick in fixing issues and always greets with big smile while entering. Overall an ideal place for fitness enthusiasts. One feedback is to change the Yoga mats pretty old and badly stained, also to instruct users not to step into the mats with shoes. I really enjoy the music as they also play Hindi & Punjabi songs.
