A quaint gym with good equipment and ambiance. Space is the only constraint in the otherwise awesome experience.
The Fitness5gym is really very good though it's not that spacious but still you can comfortably do the workout at your ease. If we talk about trainers they are really very helpful. My journey was too awesome and it's still going on . The important part is the trainers keep on motivating. So would advice you to visit and get your membership done over there and last not the least Special thanks to Ms. Pinky Solanki who was throughout there for and the way she gave me the diet plan. She taught me to just do right thing s at right time ,
It's recently renovated equipments are new.
I was suffering from lower back pain doctor told me to rest and also doctor told me for operation..I would like to thanks Mr.Amit Naida he trained me now my back is absolutely fine.I must say those who have back issue or any other injury must visit this place.Dont worry they will not charge you for councelling it's completely free.
It's a friendly neighbourhood fitness centre for college going students who aren't that fitness frenzy like me. The gym has mostly all sorts of heavy workout machines from hyper extension to bench press for upper body workout and leg press to leg extension.
If ones looking upto a serious workout dedicatedly, it is one of the finest places with much economical charges on annual basis.

I am coming from Kalyan reason behind that is trainers.Trainer are highly qualified.I was suffering from medical issues my cholesterol level was 250 but now it's completely now..They solve my problem within 2months.I know gyms are available everywhere but getting knowledge trainer is very difficult.I highly recommend if you are suffering from medical issue.They will give you 100% right guidance.

Worst gym.. never ever join this gym..fully waste of money.. I hardly gone to this gym for a month after that this COVID issue happened and I wont able to use my 1 year membership and they did not inform me about there reopening and now after 1 year dey calling. me saying gym has been open and asking for renewal... Fully waste of my money and there staff are not good and supportive. Owner have lots of attitude once you pay your money. Highly not recommended as other gym has given extension to their membership which my sister got it.
