One of the best gym.... Near vaduthala..... Every machine is available.... Fully space for cardio.... Weight training, I give 5 star for this gym....

I have been doing workout in here almost an year now. I have visit so many gyms in ekm .but this one has more freedom from other gyms. And also the trainers are good .. on the February 2nd 2019 I had accept a challenge for fat burning .at that time, I have a wieght of 82 kg. Thanks to the trainers and good workout, from 3 months I have reduced 12 kg of wieght . And my muscles have been build up ... The best part is iam ready for another step.. thanks to the fitness 4 u gym....

it is a multi gym situated on vaduthala. Opposite to vaduthala ganapathy temple. There is lots of equipments also imported one too. Good ambience and lighting. Its on second floor of a building. Space is little. But rich with equipments.

Excellent gym with good facilities and trainers. Really affordable too.

Great amenities especially the trainer. Awesome place to workout. Can't beat the price point. Definitely recommend
