Good spacious gym to workout. Friendly & helpful staff. My trainer Sunil Sukumaran sir is very experienced and has vast knowledge about how fitness and diet go together . As I was starting as beginner after long time he started with basic workouts and slowly increased intensity of each workouts which improved my strength. He gave some suggestions about diet too which are easy to include in daily diet and which have good results.
