Yoga class is superb here, I joined from last 2 months I found myself toned body n yoga calming my body n brain. Tainer Laxmi mam is superb she teaches us therapeutic yoga so that lifestyle could reverse or can be controlled. My thyroid is reduce with yoga.

Shikha ma'am is an amazing teacher and a wonderful person. I had no training in yoga at all , but with regular practice at Shikha ma'am's classes , I am even able to do some advanced yoga postures. My flexibility and strength has improved many fold.
It was an excellent experience practicing Sudarshan Kriya under the guidance of Mayuresh Asodekar sir and Suchitra ma'am at Vashi centre. This has led to the beginning of my spiritual journey.
