I would rate this 4 out of 5 for its very affordable monthly fee, which is a great value. However, the equipment is quite old, which can be a drawback. Overall, it's a cost-effective option for those on a budget, but don't expect state-of-the-art machines.
Very flexible timings PT training available for weight loss courses. My self 12kgs reduced with the help of a PT course. Comfortable environment for gents and ladies .
