Personal trainers are really good. Gym is well equipped with all the required equipments and facilities. Suggestion: Having power backup will certainly be helpful.
I have been apart of FitFlix since Feb 2023, and I must say, it was a mixed experience. The highlight of my time at Fitflix is the personal training sessions with Hashim. His motivational skills, goal-oriented approach, and effective diet plan has made an effective improvement on my fitness journey. He makes sure I have a clear and achievable fitness goals while making steady progress and his practical and easy-to-follow diet plan complements workouts and gives good energy supply throughput the day. While they have all the essentials, such as cardio machines and weightlifting stations, I did notice that there were fewer dumbbells compared to other gyms I've been to. This could be an inconvenience during peak hours when the dumbbells are in high demand. Also, the ACs in the upper floor lacks maintenance and it can be challenging to engage in intense workouts. The staff members are friendly, and fellow gym-goers are respectful of each other's space.
Before I joined the gym, I had a long break and being injury prone I could not play well, but with the personal training guidance and plan, I can see improvement in performance in football and also body strength. Thanks to the guidance of the coach Nissar!
Poor management. The gym is of 3 floors, the members move the weights, bench's and barbell around these 3 floors. The management is least bothered to replace the weights or any movable equipment back the designated floors or they must not allow the members to move the weights to different floors and they only have one incline bench which does not aline straight increasing the risk of injury.
Awesome gym and 100 percent results within 2 months. Trainers are very good. Join soon if you want to get what do you want interns of fitness.
When I was started workout at fitflix I was around 81kg but after 2 and half month I reduced to 73kg. My trainer Nissar helped me a lot interms of workouts and also diet plan. Fitflix is the best place to make your body fit.
Well for a new comer like me its very professional and filled with all sorts of equipment , and has couple of professional trainers. Overall a very good gym.
