Absolutely Amazing place to workout. Owner is so humble that once my hand gloves went missing in the gym , he tirelessly watched the CCTV footage of 2 days and tracked my gloves and gave it to me , Staff is also very supporting and motivated.5/5

I joined this place in the starting of July and I was a beginner as this was the first time I had joined a gym and I didn't regret it. This place has mostly all the equipment and that too adjustable according to you. But the major part of every gym is the trainer and this place has the best one, Om sir. He helped and supported me every workout I did and even cleared every one of my doubts about the gym and diet and everything. If you are in bareilly and looking for a gym to join this is the place to go and Om sir being one of the best trainers.

Best Equipments and Atmosphere and Trainers are super helpful.Although gym is ok, however there is very much scope of improvement here. Trainers are really helpful and the management is super supportive. Very safe place to workout for women, even if you working out till late in the night. Highly recommend it to all the fitness freaks out there

Gym is hygienic, well-equipped , and has an array of equipment to suit all fitness levels and they are trying best to get new equipment as per the need of cardio as well as for weight training . The staff are friendly and professional.I have worked under (Shazeb ) and able to see the best possible results.

Om sir is best trainer I have ever meet. He is good is in knowledge. His dedication towards training is amazing. He is so supportive and motivate me.

In the span of just 14 days with the efforts of Om and his expertise, I was able to come at 99 kg. He is an expert of it. Undoubtedly, all equipments are in good condition and all the trainers are very co-operative but the management at Reception is not good at all,they don't know how to behave with their clients. The best part is yoga under the guidance of Neha Kohli ma'am. She has an excellent yoga environment that help to relax your body. Her attention to movement, the body and spirit is impeccable.
