Perfect gym to join if you are looking to transform yourself. Great infrastructure and the trainers. With consistent support and encouragement from my trainer Abhishek, I was able to lose around 25 kgs. Constant support, guidance and encouragement provided by my trainer helped me achieve what I wanted.

I booked for 3 MONTHS PERSONAL TRAINING but extended to 6 MONTH package , end result was dropped 6 % body fat and increased muscle mass 2.5%. I highly recommend Abhishek sir to absolutely anyone who is interested in improving their fitness regardless of their current level of fitness. The trainers were all sensational. They are keen to help anyone who is willing to have a go. I met so may fantastic people here that we all sharing the same goal of self improvement, whether it was to drop a few kgs or just get faster, stronger,( thanks Abhishek sir ) leaner, more agile, more flexible, more spiritual , this place has something for everyone. Do yourself a favour and JUST DO IT!.. you wont regret it.

I would recommend this gym. Always exceptionally clean and stocked. Great front office Staff Rajat; always smiley and welcoming. Generally ran well. Spacious exercise area and great open crossfit ara . Ideal for someone looking for a nice/big gym where the staff will look after you. All trainers are certified and specially thanks to Abhishek ustaad ji for training session

Hands down, best choice I've made training at fit7. VERY friendly and professional approach by Abhishek Sir who make me actually want to go train. I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave and if i talk about reception staff they all are very professional....

"I recently had an experience at Fit7 Ambala that left me feeling quite dissatisfied. While I appreciate their efforts, there were significant issues with their services. The trainers lacked enthusiasm and were not attentive to clients' needs, which made it hard to stay motivated. The leg press machine was in poor condition - it squeaked and felt unstable, raising concerns about safety. Furthermore, I found that the overall service quality was inconsistent, and cleanliness could be improved. The gym could benefit from better maintenance and more engaging workouts to keep members engaged and motivated. I hope Fit7 Ambala takes these points into consideration and makes the necessary improvements to provide a better experience for its members."

Love this gym! great friendly staff ,especially RAJAT Sir the Manager who I deal with at the desk. Very clean and well looked after facilities Great equipment . Would recommend this health club to anyone!

I have been to many gyms but this is the worst experience I had. Gym equipment is so bad . Trainers are not certified. None of them will help u if u not opted personal training.

I had joined FIT7 in June last year and I had a great experience with rigorous coaching by Sahil sir and Abhishek sir, and I lost weight consistently with the training. I recently joined again as I am back in the city and they have revamped the gym with new machines. The trainers remain the same, being as helpful as they were the last time I was here. I highly recommend FIT7!
