Great gym in the city good facilities all staff is helpful experienced trainers they will solve all your queries and train you well. Restroom is always clean. The gym is clean and organised .

Best in the city. Good equipments. Trainers are helpful and interact actively. All of them are good but Deepak Sir is one of the best trainers in the gym.He is very encouraging and has a vast knowledge of his profession(fitness & nutrition).He ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. He is always pushing you to do your best. Would recommend him to anyone looking to improve their fitness.

It is a well equipped spacious gym. It has got great maintenance staff and is full of skilled trainers who actively participates to help with your workout routine and ensure that everyone in the gym is training right. I train with Deepak who is a head trainer here and the experience has been top notch. He provides right guidance, is very strict with the workout routine he sets in for you and suggests the right diet to follow. Icing on the cake is fit7 cafe on ground floor where you can fulfill all your dietary needs.

Gym is not worth the price. After paying this much amount, one expects trainers to be proactive in helping you. All the trainers keep giggling in one corner or looking down the window. Even after going to them again and again asking for help, they keep doing other things. The management staff won't even inform you in advance if Yoga/Zumba instructor is not coming for the day.

Best gym in town.. very well managed. Arpit is the best physical trainer out there. Best in business, highly recommended. Keep up the good work team Fit7.

Best gym in saharanpur with good equipments, facilities , environment and staff. Got personal training under deepak sir and lost about 10 kg . Its been almost two year of joining gym best experience have ever had .

There is lot of gym in the city, but i feel fit7 is amazing in terms of their training. They really take care of each client. I would really thank to Mr. Deepak, Mr. Abhiraj, Mr. Vivek, Mr. Mayank who helped me and guide me time to time. I highly recommend this gym. Stay happy and fit.
