Last year while searching for yoga classes,I read many good reviews of Hardeep Sir. I joined his yoga class on that basis and I am very glad I did that. Sir,not only focuses on the physical well being but also on the mental well being building our inner immunity. His meditation classes,guidance on right eating and variation in the exercise schedule makes his classes very interesting and doable. Thanks Sir for mentoring us beautifully.

The healing course is well designed. And Hardeep ji conducts it with lot of patience and thorough explanation. The different meditations were well guided and relaxing. During the course, Hardeep ji not only explained reasons behind certain rituals but also busted many myths. In all, the program is well designed with the intention to connect with oneself.
