It's my 3rd month into the program(online) and I'm loving it. The gym from the comfort of your home. I have started my health journey with the best coach one could ever have Farzana(one who inspires us all) . Comes with the best crew too.. the tribe of fit with fab is just amazing...motivates you to be better version of yourself.. I've started feeling the difference in my lifestyle, and it's good. I've been more active, I feel good about myself, I'll continue this health journey as long as I could.. and the best bit is it's affordable too. I highly recommend it to everyone(only women) , you deserve this! It's the best thing to have happened to me

The trainer Farzana is an exceptional human being. She brings a very personalised and individually curated routine to each and every client of hers. During my postpartum days I had almost decided to give up cause nothing helped until I took up online classes with her. In no time I understood my body and what works best for me! And very soon I started being and feeling healthy. She's the best fitness trainer exclusive for women out there!

She not only helps in loosing weight but also helps us to gain more information about health and also about the food we eat. She is the best trainer I have ever seen. She makes us strong both mentally and physically. Thank you Farzana for training us.

I went to farzana for pregnancy yoga. She does her job perfectly, what seperated her from other trainers is she listens and she is available to help out. This is what takes her a notch up and makes her a great trainer. Not a lot of trainers listen. She motivated and kept me going. She was even there to help me out with postpartum stress.

She is good .I like the way she make us do excercises . strengthen n fitness of women is her target.in this pandamic situation also we are keeping us fit by farzana.she is too talented.
