Went to join the gym today, Before making payment I wanted to try the machine but some guy (claimed himself as owner of the gym), asking me to not to touch the equipment before making the payment. Tried to ask him politely i won't be able to get to know the machines without trying and I'm experienced as well with machines. But he still asking us not to use the machines without making payment, saying just look at the machine and judge the It's condition. His attitude was so bad towards us. He even said many will come even if i leave. Bad experience with this gym. Assuming the reasons there could be the bad/faulty machines so that to lock the customers after making payments. Never going to recommend anyone to this gym.
Best in the kempapura.1 year in the gym now coach Naveen sir motivates a lot, staff are friendly.Equipment are at 100% functionally.Time flexibility is 5am -10pm which is true and can workout hours if you want.
Yoga Zumba aerobics are done here. Nice but time constraint is there. Hence before going always ask for class timings for different exercises. Decent and clean. Free water to drink, music system, weights, step up are available there. They all you to buy their 300 costing t-shirt which needs to wear on Wednesdays.
One of the best gyms in the area with the best trainers in Bengaluru. The owner, Vinay Shankar is a very sweet person, always ready to help you with the procedures and is also an amazing Zumba trainer. I love his and Madhu's Zumba classes and Shubhag's Strength and conditioning class. Always keeping you motivated to do more and better everyday.
