The dream house of upcoming body builders. Trainers are so friendly and try to give their best in here to teach the member. This is a well maintained gym. Except Sunday the gym is available everyday 6 AM to 10 PM.
Situated at chapadali more exactly on the division between the basirhaat road and duttapukur road. A nice gym both affordable and lots of people go there. Only one negative is it doesn't have a parking. Also no authorised gym instructors are present there. A few boys help out but they hardly know anything properly. It is a but dangerous when you re lifting weights or doing presses. But nice affordable gym with decent equipment.
The gym is just a waste does not have even basic treadmill and exercise bike and they call it a gym. They are just sitting and looting the money of the people. The owner does not even have the manners to talk to a girl . Really very abusive authority. Please don't waste Ur money on these cheats.
Equipments are there, but the trainers in this gym are not good, most of the time you will not find them, no one will be there to guide you, If you are an amateur dont come here, (not recommended), If you know the basic stuff, just want to practice than its good
