I like this gym very much . I highly recommend this gym who wants to get in weight loss, the trainers are really awesome and helpful especially shefi sir, they make you feel really comfortable

I won't recommend going to this gym. This is the worst gym I have ever been to. For a simple thing, he (the gym owner) used to act too rude.

I've been to many other gyms. This is the worst gym ever. The trainer is hungry for money. Each week he is asking for the one week money. In other gyms we're paying monthly. Here we've to give money weekly. Also the trainer is very very rude. Gym is so much expensive and the equipments are less and rusty. Worst gym ever.

I have completed three months PT with Fit N Life. Very committed and experienced trainer. He will definitely help u to tune ur body the way u want.

I worked out at many gyms. But first time seeing a trainer giving workouts in a notebook. The trainer may be strict, but the change you can feel in your body. If anyone goes to gym for time pass, don't choose Fit N Life. The trainer Mr. Shefi M A is one of the best trainers at Kochi.

If you are looking for some real change, this is your final solution. The looks of the gym is just like "Never judge a book by it's cover", but the training and sessions are extraordinary. Master is very professional and strict about the sessions and is well disciplined. I was nearly 80kg when I joined the gym back in 2019 february and couldn't even go through simple warmup sessions in the beginning. Under 10 months with proper diet and training I turned myself into 65kg. Even during lockdown I was able to maintain myself with the simple warmup training given by our master. Now I'm abroad and even now I follow the same. Also, if anyone have any health issues kindly discuss with the trainer. He'll customise the workout without any harm to fulfill your requirement. I'm very much satisfied with fit n life.

Trainer is very well experienced in his field. I have been going to this gym since 6 month and so far I didn't feel any issue.
