I have been going to gym Since 2021. I achieved my goal of fitness with the help of trainers .They trained and treat all the clients as same. They have the ability to train and clear my doubts patiently regarding nutrition's and diet follow ups. They scheduled my timings based on my work frame time. Gym have scheduled closing time but they are ready for waiting their client workout completion. They schedule me work outs as per my comfort timings. As a client I have a personnel experience that gym is ready to spend more time for me which exceeds usual gym hour. I got opportunity to meet and motivated by professional body builders as well as national champions . Thanks to FIT N FINE
Good old-school gym. Just right mix of free weights and machines. Decent cardio facilities of treadmills, stationary bikes and elliptical. You are even allowed to deadlift.
