An amazing gym with mostly everything you need to build a healthy athletically aesthetic physique. The environment is amazing and everyone here is nice and super friendly. The trainer here is friendly, and is a qualified trainer with 20+ years of experience and guides everyone without additional charges. This gym is budget friendly too and the only con there is to it is lack of ac which isn't an issue for me as i feel like the thought of working out without wanting to sweat is stupid

I worked out here from November 2021 to May 2023 and saw massive improvement in my strength and physique, after which I decided to quit and pursue my own goals through calisthenics rather than lifting weights. Frankly speaking, you have everything you need to get a good workout in, and the per month cost is also very nominal. Only thing is that you should take care to research a little bit about the best way to do exercises, since it's always better to do it with proper form and full range of motion, which you will see some people not doing. Overall, this place has a friendly and welcoming atmosphere and you can rest assured that you will improve if you are consistent. If you're strapped for cash and need a cheap but good place to work out in Kidderpore, then this is it.
